The River Room... overlooks the river, yacht moorings and features views to Pelican Island. This room can accommodate business seminars up to 120 people and adjoins our larger function room. This room is one of Port Macquarie’s best kept secrets and a most desirable location for any function.

The Hastings Room... adjoins the River room and is fully self contained. It houses its own bar and overlooks the bowling greens. This room can accommodate larger business seminars of up to 200 or more, formal functions such as weddings, dinner and birthday parties.

Both the River Room and Hastings Room can be opened up to provide an auditorium which is capable of accommodating trade shows and similar large business seminars, large weddings, balls and dinners. They also feature their own large private foyer suitable for registration tables or as a pre-function meet and greet area.

The Compass Room... is a modern board room capable of comfortably accommodating smaller business seminars, or if your organisation simply requires a private room off-premises for confidential meetings or to plot a new direction. You can be assured of complete privacy, excellent service and balcony areas where you can eat lunch or break for workshops with glorious views of the river, bowling greens, the quays and Port Macquarie CBD.

The Dolphin Room... is synonymous with The Westport Club. Literally on the banks of the Hastings River, it is only a few steps to the water’s edge. This room has expansive view of the river, yacht moorings and bowling greens. It can also be completely closed off to the public. The Dolphin Room has its own bar and can be used for smaller weddings, business seminars and is often requested for small catered functions, although it has been known to host a sit down dinner for 160!
